L I Z | I have been in studentship of the practices of yoga for over 20 years and have taught for the past nine. I primarily draw upon Rolf Gates and Janet Stone and bring solid foundations of meditation, tradition, and energetic alignment. In addition to teaching asana, I encourage students to explore the practices of yoga OFF THE MAT as chatarungas are not my path to liberation. Practicing yoga brings me freedom of spirit and strength of being that I strive to share with others. My classes are soft, strong, and everything in between. I include meditation, breath work, love, joy, and space to connect you to the present moment and to yourself. I believe the practice of yoga is the path home to your truest self.
G R E G | I found the joy of yoga in 2016 and quickly realized I wanted to share the benefits and experience of yoga with others. As an avid motorcyclist and outdoorsman, I have found practical application of yoga to my life. I teach grounded and strong Vinyasa and Yin classes.
