Movement and mindfulness have tremendous benefits in the workplace including stress reduction, ease in one's body, and increased employee satisfaction. Pause and Reset
at Loloma Lodge
Join Liz and Greg for three nights on the McKenzie River for yoga, meditation, and nourishing food all created to attune to you. Each morning we'll meet for meditation and practice followed by day activities, optional workshops, journaling, and space for being and breathing. Evenings will consist of yoga nidra, yin, and restorative yoga. You'll leave our time together feeling renewed and restored. (Registration opens May 2020).
