Liz Skarvelis, Founder/Owner, Yoga Teacher, Chief Executive Dreamer
E-RYT200, RYT500, YACEP
I'm a life long learner and teacher. I spent years in public education as a high school teacher, then dipped my toe in health care in outreach work for seniors and people living with disadvantages and disabilities. Yoga has been my path and my practice for over 20 years; therefore teaching was a natural next step in my lifetime as it combines my love of connection and my passion for yoga. This ancient practice has led me to truth, freedom, and purpose. By connecting to my breath and body I'm able to be present and alive. My intention is to help people find ease in their body, peace in their spirit, and stillness in their mind.
Greg Skarvelis, Founder/Owner, Yoga Teacher, Leader of the Flock
I found the joy of yoga and realized I wanted to share the benefits and experience of yoga with others. As an avid motorcyclist and outdoorsman, I have found practical application of yoga to my life.
Amber Chenault, Yoga Teacher, Studio Assistant
I started practicing yoga in 2013, during a particularly rough patch in my life and wanted real change. The mind/body connection of yoga introduced me to a sense of empowerment I had not experienced before. It was key in renewing my lost confidence and healing my broken spirit. I hope to leave people feeling empowered and inspired the same way I have been. Gratitude is key!
Heather Tenbroek, Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health Counselor & Yoga Therapist
RYT200, AYT (Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist)
Always a learner and seeker, Heather guides her students the way she guides her own life; striving for the truth, the truth of who we are, through the weaving of ancient teachings of the Buddha, the Yoga Sutras, and through yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda.
Lesley Barr, Yoga Teacher & Reiki II Practicioner
My yoga journey began in 2011 and I am forever grateful for this practice that returns me back home to myself, breath by breath. I feel humbled and honored to hold space for my students to connect back to their heart, mind, and body through movement, breath, meditation, and stillness. My classes are grounded, mindful, and fun with space to explore and feel into the moment.
Brooke Coletta, Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Mentor
I love Yoga because it makes me feel whole. I love that the practice is more than physical, yet it is physically challenging every time you step onto the mat. I strive to teach every student how to experience each posture in a safe, sustainable and intentional way. As a serious student of philosophy and teacher of all of the limbs of Yoga, it is my responsibility to share the ancient but very alive teachings in an authentic and compassionate way.
Stephanie Salafia, Yoga Teacher
I began my yoga journey in 2013 when I needed something that allowed me to drop in and let go. I had no idea the amount of places in my body that needed to be “un stuck” and immediately felt connected with the practice and loved how it made me feel from the inside out. My intention is to share this practice and hope it gives my students the strength and peace it gives my every time I step on my mat.
Kelly Nie, Yoga Teacher
E-RYT500, Primal Vinyasa & Baptiste Certified, Somatic Life Coach, Maker
I believe that change, freedom and movement go hand in hand. Movement is one of the most accessible forms of healing for our bodies and minds. I have developed a more compassionate connection to my body through the practice of yoga, primal vinyasa and functional movement, and have set my body free. I am inspired by Primal Vinyasa (Annie Adamson), Janet Stone, and Power Yoga (Baron Baptiste).
Maria Finley, Yoga Teacher
I pursued Yoga and became a teacher after grieving the loss of my mom. I feel and see the benefits of connecting to my breath, my heart, and my body and want to share this with others. My body and mind have both experienced a transformation and helped me live more harmoniously. Yoga is a refuge and that is worth sharing.
Ann Marie Ulum, Yoga Teacher
Yoga started for me as a physical practice 5 years ago. Tired of the gym life, I found peace and transformation using yoga as a catalyst . Yoga continues to carry me through the turbulent times of life. When I come to my mat I know my heart will lead. I believe yoga is a life long evolution, and as a teacher, I try to encourage others to find their physical, mental and spiritual growth on the mat. The yoga community empowers me to grow and learn about life and love.
Toni Larson, Yoga Teacher, Retreat Leader and Shamanic Mentor
Nature brings me joy and sets my heart on fire! I practice yoga to stay grounded, happy, healthy, balanced and connected to Spirit. This keeps me doing the things I love most in life. All things rooted in love and gratitude, this is the recipe for life. I believe in sustainable yoga and I teach with a very real and down to earth style. Recognizing that each person’s body, range of motion, strength and energy is different, I create a unique and playful space so students can approach their practice with wisdom, courage and most importantly unconditional love.

For example the Eb and flow of the ocean waves in relationship to our breathing technique. I’m so thankful I have found strength and beauty through Toni’s nurturing classes."
