Christina is fascinated with the science behind sound frequencies, for the past three years she has been studying how sound vibrations can be used to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system. Using wave drums, crystal bowls and chimes as a meditation tool, her cozy sessions are designed to help you settle into deep relaxation. Whether you are new to sound healing or have been practicing for years, she’s here to create a space for you to rest, heal and de-stress. ​
